Fig Muffins

These fig muffins are semi-sweet, fruity and light – overall quite delicious!

I got the recipe from here and used the fig jam left over from making the Fig and Lemon Cordial. I used one cup of fig jam rather than half a cup because my jam is chunky And I used cows milk in lieu of buttermilk. It worked well with bites of sweetness through the muffins 😊
